baked kale chips today following this simple recipe of a friend from home who makes yummy-looking food and takes great photos. anyway, i also added cracked pepper and they turned out pretty well. when i first pulled them out of the oven, i was like “oh no fail” because they just looked all dark and wilted but then they actually turned out to be really crispy. more fragile than potato chips though.
